On the 09th July 2010, SSD held their annual show “Lets Dance” for the children of Castle Hill Junior School at the Everest Community College in the auditorium. This show was the culmination of a full academic years worth of tuition and was attended by an audience of 250 people with 128 children performing 22 different routines all taught, created and choreographed by SSD.
The show was a tremendous success with performances also by the CHJS Ballroom and Latin American Dancing Team supported by the SSD advanced Team who also performed dances to the Tango, the English Waltz and the Samba. This show has helped to raise over £400.00 for Castle Hill Junior School and both Sarka and Neil are very proud of all of the children who performed perfectly that evening.
The CHJS year 6 team also later performed their Paso-Doble routine at this years Basingstoke Live Festival on the main stage!
Well done to all of the children who participated that evening - you made us feel very proud!!
